Veolia and 4D Delta Establish Alliance to Deliver Digital Refractory Maintenance Solutions

Veolia Australia and New Zealand (Veolia) and 4D Delta have entered a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly pursue the utilisation of advanced digital refractory inspection technologies as part of refractory asset maintenance in Australia.

For the three year term, Veolia and 4D Delta will seek to implement the 4D Delta Cloud Refractory solution, within refractory asset maintenance programs across key industry segments including cement, bulk commodities and base metals processing. 

Veolia will be primarily responsible for marketing the digital solution and inspection data capture.  4D Delta will perform data processing for provision of inspection analysis, utilising the 4D Delta Cloud online platform.  Additionally, 4D Delta will provide training and technical support in the use of the 4D Delta Cloud Refractory solution, as part of the alliance.

4D Delta Cloud Refractory offers the next generation in refractory asset inspection and maintenance.  Designed specifically for the particular requirements of managing refractory lined vessels, the solution provides:

  • Online platform enabling the identification of asset refractory liner deformation over time
  • Interactive access to whole of asset refractory liner data and photogrammetry
  • Inspection and Maintenance Plan capabilities
